Jacy Stiles, 96, of Belle Plaine, died Thursday, March 27, 2008 at the Belle Plaine Lutheran Home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle Plaine. The Rev. William Stolzman and Deacon Bob Raleigh will officiate the mass.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 31, from 4-8 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Belle Plaine with a 7 p.m. rosary service, and continue on Tuesday from 8-10:15 a.m. at the funeral home.

City man convicted in Sealy death arrested again

A Shakopee man convicted in the alcohol-related crash that killed Timberwolves guard Malik Sealy was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of drunken driving.

Souksangouane Phengsene, 51, was booked into the Hennepin County Jail around 2 a.m. State Patrol spokesman Mark Peterson said Phengsene is likely to face a felony DWI charge.

In May 2000, Phengsene was driving the wrong way on Highway 100 when he hit a vehicle driven by Sealy, who died from injuries suffered in the crash. Phengsene was convicted of vehicular homicide and sentenced to four years in prison.
