Shey and Jennifer Edwards of Shakopee announce the birth of their daughter, Lillian Elzie, who was born at 12:41 p.m. May 22, 2009, at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.

Lillian weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces and was 19½ inches long. She has blue eyes and black hair.

Grandparents are Delton Edwards of Spring Hill, Fla., Patricia Edwards of Dade City, Fla., and Peter and Jill Pulk of Elko New Market.

Great-grandparents are Joyce Pulk of Prior Lake and Robert Lodin of Bisbee, Ariz.

What do some people think is fun to do when they’re drunk and bored?

Apparently run through an apartment building in the middle of the night screaming “fire.”

Three young men are accused of causing such a ruckus last weekend at Garden Lane Apartments, 700 Garden Lane, after partying it up at a local
park.
