Adam R. Kerber and Eimile J. McNeil of Norwood Young America announce the birth of their daughter, Sophia Jo, who was born at 7:18 p.m. March 30, 2009, at Ridgeview Hospital in Waconia.

Sophia weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19½ inches long. She has gray eyes and black hair.

Grandparents are Doug and Nancy Kerber of Norwood Young America and Doug and Lauretta McNeil of Shakopee.

Sophia was baptized May 10, 2009, at St. Bernard’s in Cologne, Minn.

Tim and Breanna (Breimhorst) von Neupert of Shakopee announce the birth of their son, Victor Jeremiah, who was born at 11:19 p.m. May 11, 2009, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.

Victor weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Grandparents are Carl and Nancy von Neupert of Tripoli, Wis., and Ken and Tyanne Breimhorst of Shakopee.

Great-grandparents are Don and Pat Clemens and Dorothy Breimhorst, all of Shakopee, Violet von Neupert of Elmhurst, Ill., and Jane Weersma of Brainerd, Minn.

Victor was welcomed home by sisters Lexi, 6, and Laura, 2.

He will be baptized in July at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Shakopee.

Alex Lopez and Jamie Quast of Chaka announce the birth of their daughter, Angelica Sky, who was born at 10:53 p.m. Feb. 5, 2009, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.

Angelica weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20½ inches long. She has blue eyes and black hair.

Payton weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 inches long. She has blue eyes and brown hair with blond tips.
