The former ADC building has been sold, but it's not clear to whom or why. The land sale hasn't been recorded yet. I called the local ADC and they confirmed that the Shakopee building had been sold, but they transferred me to corporate for more information. The corporate spokesman is checking and will get back to me.

I don't know how anyone could turn that building into a shopping mall because of its zoning.
