Is it time to change this website to make it user friendly?

I have surfed several news websites over the years and I find the Shakopee Valley Newspaper website the worse news website ever. It is not easy to navigate, difficult to figure out for computer illiterate people like me. Please comment so we can force Shakopee Valley News to make the necessary changes to this website. Back to page topYes. I can't find the topic I wanted to respond to and, therefore, was the reason I registered. I just can't get back to it. Tough site.
I also don't think the encouragement to have your user name be your "real" name is helpful. No one wants to be that vulnerable. We all need a little cover. I don't mind giving my actual information to the newspaper, but I don't want my name on everything I post. So I just wouldn't post! or join! But I see others are getting around that, too.
