Thailand View - Highly Recommended!

The first time we stopped, we thought we'd just 'try' it. It was something new and hopefully wasn't anything like the previous restaturant at that location. However, it didn't take long to realize we were 'sold.' The food is always fresh and cooked to order. The husband and wife owners are incredible chefs -- everything we've tried on the menu (developed personally by the owners) is exceptional. If you are looking for a great place to eat, check it out. Very few menu items are deep fried - it is a great departure from unhealthy fast food. The restaurant is on Main Street about a block West of Perkins.

Back to page topAfter reading this post, I decided to give Thailand View a second try.
I had visited there late last spring and didn't like the Pad Thai dish I ordered, nor the looks of the buffet.
So on Wednesday, my co-worker and I went there. She ordered a curry dish and I decided to try Pad Thai again (the woman told me there was a change in cooks). Both of our dishes were delicious, and like this other poster said, made to order. They no longer have the buffet, but instead offer $5 lunch entrees, which are a great deal since they include an appetizer and soup. The people working at the restaurant were very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, we were the only ones there that hour. This is not your typical fried, give you stomach cramps later, Asian cuisine. Very good meals at great prices. I hope more people give it a try. This is a restaurant that's hard to find and one I hope stays around!
