For many of us we are not aware that spirits resides with us. They will live in the background and enjoy the activities the living residents do such as parties and watching tv, listening to music. Has anyone remembered watching “The Christmas Carol” ? Scrooge at one time was at a party and he was enjoying himself watching everyone have a good time. Once in a while a person will find a spirit in the house that will interact with them. This is what Harley and Sally found in their home.

The house is not that old, it was built in the 50’s or 60’s and had only a few owners in it’s time. When the couple was looking for a new home Sally took some photos of each one they liked and then they would decide on which one to buy later. When they decided on the house they would buy, Sally and Harley looked at the photos; they noticed a cat in the window of the house. They shrugged it off deciding that it was an optical illusion. After they moved it they found out differently. Through the years they would feel a cat presence in the house. Sally would feel a cat jumping on the bed or lap while watching tv and touching his or her hand, no cat could be seen. Every so often Harley would see what looked like eyes glowing in the basement when he would go down there. The basement is a finished basement it has 2 bedrooms, a bath, a large tv/rec room and an utility/storage room. It took them several years to get the house the way they liked it and they really didn’t mind the presence of a cat spirit.

They noticed something different in the house. The family started to hear noises in the house. It sounded as though someone was walking and moving things around in other rooms. When they would check on the noise, they would find no one there. When their young niece would stay over she would have very terrifying dreams. Children have nightmares, that is a fact, but Sally said it was very a very detailed dream. This has happened twice that Sally has been aware of. They also had noticed that Harley also has been having nightmares. They were bad enough that he would wake up in a cold sweat clutching the bed.

Sally had contacted me earlier this year and asked me how to cleans the house of spirits. I sent her the details and I haven’t heard from her for quite some time until a few weeks ago. Something very terrifying happened to Harley. While he was sleeping he felt someone get into bed. He looked up thinking that it was Sally, and no one was there. Thinking he just imaged it he settled back down to go to sleep after a short time he felt that whatever had laid beside him stood up on the bed stood over him and grabbed him and started to pull him.

Sally contacted me right away and asked me to come over to help her do the house cleansing.

When I heard what happened to Harley, I was concerned. A human spirit cannot fiscally grab a living being. This was something else. This was an entity. How long this entity has been in the house I was not sure. Was it feeding on the fear that the nightmares caused? Was it causing the nightmares? Harley said that when it happened to him he was terrified.

There were a few concerns for me on this case. First the entity had to be removed, but doing so, the other spirits there would also be evicted. My plan of attack was to first help cross over the innocent spirits then remove the entity then seal the house to prevent more spirits from coming into the house.

I called Linda to see when she would be available and then I asked Jack to see if he could help. With Jack came Cliff.

We brought all of our equipment. I wanted to check if there was any high EMF in the house to see if this may be the root of the problem, also we brought the thermo camera.

As always I started my tape recorder then interviewed the couple. We then toured the home, while doing this we swept the whole house with an emf reader. Jack and Cliff also used the thermo camera to see if they could spot anything unusual. Linda walked with us to see if she could pick up any spirits and where they were located.

After examining the house, we talked about the best place for Linda to be at to cross the spirits over. Linda felt the best place was in the basement in the tv/rec room.

Linda sat at the corner of the large couch; Sally and Harley sat in the large comfortable chair opposite of the couch. Jack set the thermo on a tripod to keep it steady. Cliff being taller then anyone else, held the video camera to try to film what was happening on the thermo.

As we started Linda’s body temperature was over 100. It looked as though she had an aura surrounding her. As Linda started her session, she first started to talk to the spirits in the house, as she started we all heard a low cat growl. That sounded like it came from a very angry cat. All of us heard it. As loud as it was none of the recorders picked up this sound. Jack swept the area with the thermo camera to see if he could see a cat anywhere. Sally said that was the first time they had ever heard the cat.

As Linda continued her body temperature lowered, and her hands became very cold. As she talked to the spirits every so often you can see a faint misty shape walking behind her at one time just as she said there was a lady to her left, a faint image of an old woman appeared between her and the wall. The thermo camera once again proved a very handy tool. The results were unexpected. We all expected that when we would see a spirit on the camera it would be ice cold, but the spirits that we are seeing are cooler. They are giving off enough heat to show up on the camera, cool enough to be felt. I wondered what is it that gives off the icy presence that is sometimes felt and why aren’t more spirits seen on the camera. More study must be done with this camera before we come to any conclusion. We also must find a way to record what we are seeing. There is a gadget we can buy to attach to the camera that will send a signal to a recording device. I must look into this; it would be most helpful to have this to examine what we saw later.

When Linda concluded her session, it was Sally’s turn now to cleans the house from the remaining spirits who did not want to leave and seal the house.

I must say I am very proud of our Linda. Even though she has had this ability all her life I have seen the growth in her as a medium. She not only helps the spirits cross over but she is also helping the living.

She is a certified Medium, and now has grown to performing Reiki. She has received her certificate in January and has been working in Wisconsin at BodyLab in Spooner. Linda also doses Reiki in her own home and now will be working at the Circle Sage Healing and Massage Center in Burnsville.

We are planning to use the thermo-imaging camera to record her while she is performing Reiki to see what is happening to her and her client.

It has been 2 weeks now and Sally and Harley’s house has been quite. We like to keep in touch with our clients to make sure everything is ok.
