Hard times, Fellas...
These

Hard times, Fellas...

These days are really sucking. With the prices of everything going up, it's hard to enjoy anything. -Like a day at the amusement park. I mean, we're really paying a lot or mullah these day doing family things and it just seems like it's really hard to get good service anywhere. Mostly, it's about businesses cutting cost and cutting corners.

So now, it's like no fun to go anywhere because the service is just sucking, their management is sucking and their owners are sucking! This story about Valleyfair!'s new ride policy is just a sign of the times and how chitty they really are. Somedays, I wonder if anyone in the wide world of work has a clue what their doing?

Sorry, don't mean to sound gloomy but George Carlin died this week... I think he would have a lot to say about something like this.

Valleyfair needs to realize

Valleyfair needs to realize that their facility is located in the Midwest. Minnesotans will not stand for the discrimination they are harnessing towards those with disabilities.

We have cancelled a trip there to show support to those who struggle everyday. It may not seem like much, but we can't support their decision.

How many people are going to be traumatized by having to wait for an extra person or two to board in front of them? Have we become that self-centered that we no longer can show passion for others?

New Valleyfair ride policy angers disabled patrons

By Shannon Fiecke, Staff Writer

Finally tall enough to get on the big rides, Shelbi Setchell’s 12-year-old son was looking forward to spending much of his summer at Valleyfair.

Getting a season pass is out of the question now though, due to a change in how the Shakopee amusement park handles customers with disabilities.
