I strongly urge all dog owners to leash your dogs. I have seen too many loose animals causing so many problems. The excuses are always the same (my dog is ok, he/she won't do anything). When I am out walking or biking with my kids we don't know that your dog chasing us is ok or not. It's also so dangerous for your dog. I live on a street that has a traffic problem, speeders mainly driving around a blind curve. One day there will likely be a problem here.

Their neighborhood of lakeshore homes off Townline Avenue may appear idyllic, but residents say they have lived for years in fear of a neighborhood dog with a history of attacking other animals, chasing children and biting passersby.
