"Minority representation is especially encouraged on this working group, which will be named the Multi-District Collaboration Council (MDCC)."

This is silly. What minorities are they referring to? When you walk into some of the Shakopee schools you'd swear that the white kids were in the minority.

The Shakopee School District, in cooperation with the Jordan and Prior Lake-Savage school districts, is looking for parent and community volunteers to serve on a joint planning council that will focus on providing supportive programming and integrating minority students into the school systems.
