You people don't understand,

You people don't understand, all youve got is a biased viewpoint because the juniors were the only ones that got any press on this issue and nobody cared about opposing viewpoints. Well as a senior, neither I nor any of my classmates felt that their shirts were appropriate. The class of '05 had a certain group of kids known as the '05 Dominators that basically intimidated and hazed anyone they didnt like. THAT is why 'dominate' is not allowed. Secondly, what exactly do the JUNIORS dominate? They are not the leaders of the school, that would be the seniors' job to do that. And on top of it all, they had a warning the day before from principal Murphy to not wear the shirts and did anyways. I hope you might understand this issue a little better now that you have another student's perspective.

This is the silliest thing I have ever heard. Really it is quite embarrasing and I was sorry to see it made it to the metro news. I feel sorry for the kids. That was a horrible decision by the school.

About 20 members of the Shakopee High School junior class were sent home Friday for wearing shirts considered inappropriate by school principal Jim Murphy.
