Speeding (twice, once in a school zone)
Underage drinking and driving
5th Degree-Sale-Marijuana
5th Degree-Possession
Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle (twice)
Liquor-Consumption by persons under 21

I think anonymous would be more comfortable if Mr. Gustafson sped through school zones, drank and drove, and distribute marijuana in her neighborhood. For all of his trouble he managed to get 30 days in jail with an additional 30 days of EHM.

thats right anonymous. it is that stupid cop's fault for attempting to stop an unlicensed vehicle. It is the stupid cop's fault that Mr Gustafson was driving on a suspended license, had no insurance and had enough weed on him that was packaged for sale. Mr Gustafson had no reason to flee and the cop is making it up. Your kids are much safer with Mr Gustafson driving than the stupid cop. In fact, Mr Gustafson should have the badge and gun and the cop should be in jail. You are the smartest person in the world Mr Anonymous. Mr Gustafson will not and should not go to jail! I saw this entire "chase" and have it on video for those that want to see it. This tool of a cop just wanted to get his jolly's off at Mr. Gustafson's expense. He nearly killed Mr. Gustafson will his reckless driving. I suggest you learn how to drive and conduct a routine traffic stop officer Cragoe. I certainly don't want my children pulled over by you on their motorcycles. You are a danger to everyone with driving like that. If he wanted to flee the police, he certainly could have on a bike that goes 200 mph.

Just five days after making a court appearance on charges of possession of a controlled substance and fleeing police — stemming from a incident in July — a 21-year-old Shakopee man was arrested and jailed for fleeing police, again, on Monday.
