 <description>&lt;p&gt;What is the cost to implement this law?  If it was truly a $50M savings the industry would likely have implemented it a long time ago.  You can bet that we will pay for the implementation and any other related costs with higher medical charges.  What security measures have been mandated with this law to insure that the medical information of individuals is protected?  I&#039;d be willing to bet nothing was required.  If the medical community&#039;s protection of our information is as messed up as their billing we&#039;re in trouble.  Looks like we&#039;re headed for socialized medicine in Minnesota.&lt;/p&gt;
