The parade reminded me of Halloween, except instead of going to places in costumes for candy, the places come to you wearing costumes and bearing candy. Or, coupons and vouchers!

Personally, this years parade on 4th Street was the best! Much more tree coverage!

Mostly, I love the fact that it was "CLOSER" to downtown!!! Baby steps..... we are getting there....
Most folks new to living in this town, have no idea that downtown exists; sadly. Let's embrace all turns and events to allow and create positive "CHANGE".....:)

Our vet recommended

Our vet recommended massaging our dog's face to help with a nasal passage blockage our dog had as a puppy. I couldn't tell you if it worked, though, because he also gave us an ointment to help her drippy eyes, so who knows - maybe it was a combination.
But it makes sense that if it can help humans, it could help animals, too.

The tree was starting to die, which is why they took it down. It would have become a safety hazard otherwise.
