Phillips-Moynihan

Destiny Phillips and Tyler Moynihan of Shakopee announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Destiny is the daughter of David and Diane Phillips of Faribault, Minn. She attended Shakopee High School and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in kinesiology and biology. She works for Personal Trainer Inc.

Tyler is the son of Debra and Martin Penkoske of DePere, Wis., and Terrence Moynihan of Oconto, Wis. He attended high school in Green Bay, Wis., and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in business. He works for ASI in Chaska.

A Sept. 11, 2009, wedding is planned.

Newman-Bethke

Kelley Newman and Matthew Bethke of Bloomington announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Kelley is the daughter of Tony and Anne Newman of Shakopee. She graduated from Shakopee High School in 2001 and the College of St. Benedict in 2005. She is a project manager at Analytics Inc.

Matthew is the son of Don and Sheila Bethke of Mahtomedi. He is a 2001 Mahtomedi High School graduate and 2005 St. John’s University graduate. He is a senior analyst at Aon Benfield.

An October 2009 wedding is planned in Minneapolis.
