Lynn Stephens-Headley, of Richmond, Va. and formerly of Shakopee, passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 25, 2009.

Her memorial service will be held July 11 at the Presbyterian Church of Old Greenwhich, Conn. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family or donors choice.
