Preparation begins for downtown holiday festival

Shakopee Public Utilities workers on Wednesday lifted a massive Christmas tree from a truckbed and lowered it into a hole in the downtown square. The tree will be lit Tuesday and used for next weekend's holiday festival (Dec. 5 and 6).
