The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated. Scott Slaven Traylor, 41, Prior Lake, driving while intoxicated (DWI), a misdemeanor. One year probation, $405 in fines. Obstruction of the legal process, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, four days in jail, $380 in fines. Juan Antonio Gracia Zambrano, 34, Prior Lake, second-degree possession of controlled substances, a felony. Serve 65 months in prison. Scott Allen Kjelland, 45, West Fargo, N.D., fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation, evaluation/treatment, random tests, $225 in fines. Michael Ray Wachs, 31, Carver, violation of predatory-offender requirements, a felony. Adjudication stayed: Three years’ probation, $300 in fines. Anthony Dean Brissett, 20, Shakopee, financial transaction-card fraud, a felony. Five years’ probation, one year in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, provide DNA sample, restitution, $80 in fines. Coercion (threat to inflict bodily harm or confinement), a felony. Two years’ probation, 90 days in jail, five days of community service, provide DNA sample, $680 in fines (concurrent to previous sentence). Issuance of dishonored check, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 90 days in jail (concurrent). Three counts of third-degree burglary, all felonies. Two years’ probation, one year in jail (concurrent), restitution. Danny Tarry Dye, 39, Belle Plaine, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Three years’ probation before conviction: Abstain from alcohol, $400 in fines. Angela Lynn Fairbanks, 29, Maple Grove, fifth-degree possession of controlled substances, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: 80 hours of community service, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $400 in fines. Scott Lee Grohs, 43, Shakopee, harassment, a felony. Five years’ probation, 90 days in jail, undergo evaluation, provide DNA sample, no contact with victim(s), $80 in fines. Dustin Dean Lennie, 29, Rochester, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: four days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, evaluation/treatment, $300 in fines. Anthony Michael Napoli, 19, Chanhassen, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Four years’ probation before conviction, 30 days in jail, 20 hours of community service, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $305 in fines. DWI, a misdemeanor. One year probation, $180 in fines. Amy Jo Nemitz, 22, Minneapolis, theft by swindle, a felony. Five years’ probation, 90 days in jail (concurrent with previous sentence), provide DNA sample, restitution, $50 in fines. Judy Carol Sharp, 52, St. Paul, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction, 40 hours of community service, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $325 in fines. Tashia Monique White, 32, Burnsville, theft, a felony. Adjudication stayed: Three years’ probation, 10 days of community service, restitution, $700.98 in fines. LeJuan Daryl Young, 36, Brooklyn Park, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Serve 90 days in jail (concurrent), restitution, $80 in fines. Receiving stolen property, a felony. Serve 15 months in prison, provide DNA sample, $80 in fines. Nicole Marie Sowada, 32, Lakeville, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 90 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, $1,005 in fines. Michael Edward Tuma, 53, Elko New Market, violation of no-contact order, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, abstain from alcohol, random tests, anger management, $980 in fines. Jennifer Ann Jirik, 29, New Market, criminal vehicular operation (substantial bodily harm), a felony. Two years’ probation, 120 days in jail, 90 days under electronic home-monitoring, provide DNA sample, $405 in fines. Sana Sulieman Hersh, 43, New Market, two counts of possession of untaxed cigarettes, both gross-misdemeanors. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, $3,000 in fines. Valeriy Yuryevich Kostraba, 44, Savage, domestic assault by strangulation, a felony. Three years’ probation, 90 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, provide DNA sample, evaluation/treatment, no contact with victim(s), $380 in fines. Jeanne Marie Stark, 50, Shakopee, issuance of dishonored check, a felony. Serve 18 months in prison (concurrent to previous sentence), provide DNA sample, restitution, $80 in fines.
