At the Grand Casino in Hinckley, Minn., super middleweight Anthony Bonsante returned from injury to TKO Teddy Muller Friday night.

Bonsante, 37, gradually wore down Muller after some competitive early rounds and in the fifth frame Bonsante opened up with much more damaging shots -- prompting the Muller corner to retire before round six.

Shakopee's Bonsante had been out of action since last August due to an Achilles tendon injury. With the win, Bonsante goes to 31-9-3, 18 KOs.

The 35-year-old Muller, from Moline, Illinois, slips to 19-14-2, 9 KOs.
