HUTCHINSON -- Shakopee held an early lead but in the end Hutchinson was too much.

Hutchinson defeated Shakopee 34-7 on Friday night in a Missota Conference game.

The Sabers grabbed a 7-0 lead in the first quarter on a 2-yard touchdown run by Zach McBeain.

After that it was all Hutchinson as it scored 34 unanswered points.

The Sabers will play host to Farmington at 7 p.m. Wednesday, as they end the regular season.
