Huge/Rosckes Monica Huge and Josh Rosckes of Shakopee were married Sept. 29, 2007, at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waconia with the Rev. Jason Okrzynski officiating. Monica is the daughter of Mary Huge-Boegeman of Prior Lake and the late Mark Huge. She is a graduate of Shakopee High School and the College of St. Catherine. She is a registered nurse at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. Josh is the son of Connie Ernst of Waconia. He is a graduate of Waconia High School and is employed by A-Scape Inc. Attending the bride were Nicole Boe and Bre Von Neupert, friends of the bride, both of Shakopee; Molly Jo Lipinski, sister of the groom, Chaska; and Shelly Huge, sister of the bride, Shakopee. Eja Volvy, friend of the couple from Chaska, and Emma Dettmann, cousin of the groom from Norwood, were flower girls. Attending the groom were Joe Volvy and Nate Furman, friends of the groom, both of Chaska; Kyler Rosckes, the groom’s son; and Jeremy Rosckes, brother of the groom, Cologne. Ushers were Bill Pieper, uncle of the groom, and David Dettmann, uncle of the bride. The reception was at the Waconia Lakeside Ballroom. After a wedding trip to Duluth, the couple is at home in Shakopee.
Ekstrom-Arrigoni/Aarstad Andrea Ekstrom-Arrigoni and Jeremiah Aarstad were married Aug. 11, 2007, at St. John’s Lutheran Church. The Rev. Robert Hoyt officiated. Andrea is the daughter of John and Peggy Jeurissen of Shakopee. She graduated from Shakopee High School and from Scot Lewis School of Cosmetology. She is a hairstylist at Shakopee Cost Cutters. Jeremiah is the son of John and Laura Aarstad of Shakopee. He is a graduate of Shakopee High School and is employed as a meat service employee at Cub Foods in Shakopee. Matron of honor was Angela Egan, with Tabby Jeurissen and Samantha Arrigoni, sisters of the bride, and Amanda Aarstad, sister of the groom, as bridesmaids. Best man was Jeff Hadac, with Josh Zwarts; Joe Jeurissen, brother of the bride, and Spencer Aarstad, brother of the groom as groomsmen. Ushers were Dave Ellingson and T.J. Kewatt. The reception was at the Knights of Columbus Hall. After a seven-day Caribbean cruise, the couple is at home in Shakopee. Hentges-Minichillo Katie Hentges and Chad Minichillo were united in marriage on Oct. 13, 2007 at Pax Christi Catholic Church in Eden Prairie with the Rev. Al Schroeder officiating. A reception at Shakopee Knights of Columbus Event Center followed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Michael and Ramona Hentges of Shakopee. Katie is employed at Luma Sales as customer service representative. The groom is the son James and Gail Becker of Chaska. Chad is employed at Becker Arena Products as a sales consultant. Bridesmaids included Cindy Bolster and Jody Fritzen, sisters of the bride; Lindsay Minichillo and Tracy McGowan, sisters of the groom; Katrina Fonder, friend of the bride; and Gabe Phillips, friend of the bride. Flower girls were Kyley Bolster, niece of the bride, and Emma McGowan, niece of the groom. Usherettes were Sharon Geis and Sarah Schilz, friends of the bride. Personal attendants were Lindsey Puffer and Tiffany Olson, friends of the bride. Groomsmen included Matt Hjermstad, Ben Liestman, Mike O'Conner, Kyle Harmsen, Ryan Klingenburg and Ben Barton, all friends for the groom. Ring bearer was Mason McGowan, nephew of the groom. Following a honeymoon trip to Honolulu, Hawaii, the couple is at home in Shakopee.
