Weckman-Peterson

Kimberly Ann Weckman and Christopher Daniel Peterson of Shakopee were married at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on June 2, 2007. The Rev. Mark Wehmann officiated.

Kimberly is the daughter of Bill and Sue Weckman of Shakopee. A graduate of Shakopee High School and the College of St. Scholastica, she is employed by Capable Kids as a physical therapist.

Christopher is the son of David and Andrea Peterson of Grand Marais. A graduate of Cook County High School in Grand Marais and the College of St. Scholastica, he is a market analyst.

Maid of honor was Katie Weckman, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Nicole Grant, Lori Breeggemann and Michelle Sweeney, friends of the bride. Personal attendant was Allison Savage, friend of the bride.

Best man was Phil Perpich, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Kory Weckman, brother of the bride; Landon Smith, friend of the groom; and Dan Olsen, brother-in-law of the groom. Ushers were Scott Hedlund, friend of the groom; and Jon Liimatta, friend of the groom.

The reception was held at Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan.

The couple honeymooned in Riviera Maya in Mexico and reside in Shakopee.
