Store employees tell customers there is a gas leak

The Cub Foods store in Shakopee is back open after it evacuated customers about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday because store employees thought there was a gas leak. Employees told a reporter there had been a smell of gas at the back of the store.

After inspecting the store, someone from Centerpoint Energy determined there was no gas leak and the smell was from sewage, according to an emergency dispatcher.
