The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated. 

Robert Andrew Gau, 27, Belle Plaine, driving while intoxicated (DWI), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, $605 in fines.

Donna Marie Alexander, 55, Jordan, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Two years’ probation before conviction: evaluation/treatment, $425 in fines.

Lani Dee Federovitch, 33, Prior Lake, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, three days in jail, 27 days under electronic home-monitoring, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $225 in fines.

LeRoy Oliver Ruddock, 37, Minneapolis, third-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony, and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a gross-misdemeanor. Serve four years in prison, sex-offender program, register as sex offender, provide DNA sample, $1,164 in fines.

Deanna Marie Simpson, 29, Jordan, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. One year probation, evaluation/treatment, $655 in fines. Domestic assault, a misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, counseling. Disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Same as first sentence.

Sarah Jean Pedigo, 29, Montgomery, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, evaluation, $705 in fines.

Timothy Arthur Schleeve, 30, New Prague, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 15 days in jail, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, $80 in fines.

Troy Martin Vlasak, 28, New Prague, fifth-degree assault, a misdemeanor. One year probation, 30 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $1,220.72 in fines. DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, 60 days under electronic home-monitoring, $1,005 in fines. Fleeing a police officer by means other than a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. One year probation, 30 days in jail, $1,220.72 in fines.

David Scott Mowrer, 35, Savage, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Four years’ probation, 30 days in jail, 60 days under electronic home-monitoring, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $605 in fines. Driving after revocation, a misdemeanor. No additional sentence.

Joshua James Overby, 27, Jordan, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, $605 in fines.

Pamela Seurer Rahbain, 40, Burnsville, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, evaluation, $480 in fines.

Daniel Joseph West, 22, Fargo, N.D., fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: 10 days of community service, $400 in fines.

Chad Allen Zehnder, 27, Savage, fifth-degree possession of controlled substances, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: 10 days of community service, $425 in fines.

Daniel Marvin Zahnder, 20, Savage, fifth-degree possession of controlled substances, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: 10 days of community service, evaluation, $425 in fines. Third-degree sale of controlled substances, a felony. Five years’ probation, 60 days in jail, 60 days under electronic home-monitoring (concurrent), provide DNA sample, $605 in fines.

Carol Mary Dailey, 53, St. Paul, forgery, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 80 hours of community service, restitution, $1,073 in fines.

Anthony Gerald Debing, 26, Richfield, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, $305 in fines.

Ryan Douglas Laugen, 21, Prior Lake, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, a felony. Three years’ probation, 180 days in jail, provide DNA sample, $80 in fines. False name to police officer, a gross-misdemeanor. Serve 180 days in jail, $80 in fines (concurrent). Consumption by a minor, a misdemeanor. Serve 90 days in jail, $80 in fines (concurrent).

Eric Kenneth Peterson, 31, Minneapolis, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 50 hours of community service, $305 in fines.

John Edward Schmitt, 32, Shakopee, third-degree criminal damage to property, a gross-misdemeanor, and fifth-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 10 days of community service, anger-management counseling, $605 in fines.

Colyn Marie Shumate, 44, Prior Lake, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Three years’ probation, 30 days in jail, 60 days under electronic home-monitoring, $155 in fines.

Amber Nicole Booth, 27, Shell Lake, Wis., DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, evaluation, $125 in fines. Driving after revocation, a misdemeanor. One year probation, $180 in fines.

Stanley Edward Larson, 63, Shakopee, issuance of dishonored check, a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, restitution, $490 in fines.

Bart Allen Oelke, 23, Blue Earth, Minn., DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, $505 in fines.

Eric Paul Schickling, 24, New Market, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony.
