I've been wanting to write about this for a while, but has anyone else noticed that the old saying," The road to hell is paved with good intentions?" -It's true, just go down to the intersection of Spencer and 4th Avenue in Shakopee during the rush hours and you'll find one of the strangest places on Earth.

I don't know how to describe it, but it's like the only place in this world where there is a 4-way stop and everyone takes their turn directing traffic. It's really says a lot about our work ethic and being in the mood to go to work. -At last, I think it does. Because it's simply a 4-way traffic stop sign and everyone is trying to manage who goes first. Seriously, there is a common quick wave of the hand over the steering wheel that comes emits from the vehicle that stops first: the person with the right-of-way. In the meantime, the traffic backs up because people would rather direct the traffic, and as close as I live to this intersection; I'm surprised there isn't more collisions.
