Need a good auto body place

So I bagged my first deer over the Thanksgiving weekend-- with my car that is. Vehicle still runs, but the hood is ruined, and, maybe, my grill as well. Unfortunately I was an idiot, having raised my deductible to $1,000. Any suggestions for a good and cheap auto body mechanic? I'm all up for a used hood, although hopefully one still black in color.

LuAllen Kettner will face misdemeanor charges for allegedly hitting and killing a construction worker in Carver earlier this year.

Leo Kuisle, 47 of Stewartville, died when Kettner’s Ford Excursion reportedly struck him as he was attempting to control traffic near the intersection of Mount Hope Road and Chaska Boulevard. The incident occurred on May 15 around 7 a.m.

The Carver County Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday that 73-year-old Kettner would face charges of failing to drive with due care and following too closely.

First, Shakopee Boy Scout Troop 619 lost a Christmas tree lot when the Denny Hecker auto dealership on Westin Court closed. Scouts had delivered the trees to the lot on Nov. 21 — a Friday night — only to find out soon afterward that they would have to move their trees.

ST. PAUL — More than a half-million Minnesotans have a DWI (driving while intoxicated) on record, a tally that will unfortunately increase during a December-long, statewide DWI enforcement campaign.

The grant is startup support for the volunteer coordinator position and volunteer program as part of Safe Haven’s program-development effort to best utilize the Welcome Center serving homeless youth and those at risk of homelessness.

A drug dog sweep of the Chaska High School student parking lot on Nov. 21 resulted in the alleged discovery of six student vehicles containing marijuana and illegal contraband.

“The students involved face criminal and school consequences and have lost their privilege to park at the Chaska High School,” said Chaska Police Chief Scott Knight in his weekly e-mail newsletter.
