Smith-Satre

Alexandra Smith and Joseph Satre were married Aug. 15, 2009, at St. Victoria Catholic Church in Victoria. A reception was held at the Ramada-Mall of America.

Parents of the couple are Bill and Meg Smith of Eden Prairie and Sharon Satre of St. Paul.

The maid of honor was Cassandra Smith of Eden Prairie. Bridesmaids were Linda Andert Krekelberg of Shakopee and Kylie Howk Saari of Fairmont. Personal attendant was Lisa Henry Grossman of Eagan.

Best man was Michael Satre. Groomsmen were Nicholas Smith of Eden Prairie and Brandon Luckman. Ushers were Bert Strassburg and Tony Zammit.

Officiating at the ceremony was Deacon Ray Ortman.

Alexandra is a 1996 graduate of Eden Prairie High School and a 2000 graduate of the College of St. Benedict. She is a music teacher at Oak Point Intermediate in Eden Prairie.

Joseph is a 2000 graduate of Concordia Academy and a 2004 graduate of the University of Minnesota. He is a program manager at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis.

The couple plans to honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica, and is residing in Shakopee.
