Residents and volunteers sandbag behind Valley Haven Mobile Home Park on Friday. Materials were donated by the city of Shakopee and Shakopee Gravel. The 400-feet long levy is being built as a precautionary measure to withstand flooding up to 718 feet. The river is expected to reach 717.3 feet Tuesday at crest.
